AMD Radeon™ HD 4000 Series products and older are not certified to support Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) 1.2 or higher and therefore, do not have driver support for Windows® 10. The following is a list of graphics products that do not support Windows® 10. The X1650 supported 2560x1600; with lack of Windows 10 driver support, you'll be stuck with whatever it's scaled. Sapphire Ati Radeon X1650
I have the X1650 512mb card. The only Drivers I can get to work with the card are the ones on the product disk. I have owned ATI cards for a few years, and am familiar with removing and installing new drivers. The version that came with the card is 7.7
When I install an updated driver, 3d programs wont load. All I can do is use the desktop, firefox etc...
I think it might have something to do with the disk also installing .net framework or something but I have experimented and had no luck. Thanks for any ideas on updating the drivers I'll check back soon.
