Can anyone help me find the recovery CD/DVD for my Sony Vaio PC-9911? Ihave tryed to the company sugested by the Sony Support, Ecompas, but I have received an incredible answer like that computer was not have been sold in the US! Here is the ticket:

I got a computer Sony Vaio Model PCV-9911, SN.3000260*, was a gift from a friend in the US, and I have changed the original HDD because of malfunctions. Now I'd like to bring it in the original state with all apps (especially TV) running but I can't find anywhere Giga Pocket software and driver for multimedia video controller, so I was wondering if if you have the recovery discs for this model. I'd like to donate it to an orphanage completly functional.
