I have been able to add other drivers to the print server using the Add Driver Wizard without any issues. Being that this is a 64 bit server, I am attempting to add the 64 bit driver first, but I receive the error 'Unable to add HP Color LaserJet CP5520 Series PCL 6, Type 3 - User Mode, x64 driver. Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000057).'
I have downloaded this driver directly from HP and verified that it is the correct driver.
I installed the driver on to a client machine with Vista x86, and I am able to add the printer and print to it without any issues.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
